Everything was excellent! The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was amazing. The food was delicious with many varieties, and the aqua park and pools were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back again.

The only negative thing was that there were some local young men walking around the hotel with loud speakers playing music at a very high volume, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. They also tried to disturb us, and I reported this to the hotel management. I hope the hotel can maintain a more family-friendly environment and improve control over this issue in the future.

Erstklassiges Hotel mit guter Lage zum Flughafen und auch zur Hurghada Marina. Ressortanlage ist so weitläufig, schön und gepflegt, dass man das Hotel kaum verlassen will. Besonders für Kinder wird viel geboten. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich. Hervorzuheben ist Ahmad aus dem Kaiserblick und Saber aus dem Haus 6000. Alle hatten immer ein nettes Wort und viel Herzlichkeit mit den Kindern. Das Essen ist außerordentlich vielfältig. Das Buffetkonzept mit verschiedenen Restaurants gefiel uns besser als A la Carte Restaurants in anderen Hotels. Die Coxktails und der Wein sind sehr gut und ansprechend präsentiert. Besonders toll sind die Café-Restaurants. Obwohl die Anlage so riesig ist, findet man sich schnell zurecht. Auffallend ist die Liebe zum Detail, alles glänzt und ist herausgeputzt. Am Morgen sieht man, wie sich die Teams organisieren und abstimmen. Diese Anlage ist top geführt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel und sehr schön ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer haben aus unserer Sicht einen tollen Blick. Der Strand ist ein absolutes Highlight. Man kann toll schwimmen und es ist sandig-weich. Vom Steg am Hausriff kann man gut Fische beobachten, ein Schnorchelausflug bietet aber mehr Vielfalt. Solche Ausflüge sind bei Booking deutlich günstiger als vor Ort feilgeboten. Auf riesigen Anlage kann man sogar gut joggen. Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt.

Keine Kritik, nur ein Hinweis: Wir hatten ein Zimmer, das kurz vor der Renovierung stand. Trotzdem war das Zimmer nicht abgewohnt sondern sehr schön. Im Zuge der Renovierung sollten auch die etwas zugestellten Flure der Häuser etwas geupdated werden.

Pas grand chose!!!

Le personnel de réception pas du tout souriant - les maîtres nageurs encore pire. Juste le personnel de restauration qui était a peine aimable. Les animateurs s’ennuyaient eux même donc comment voulez-vous mettre de l’ambiance. La chambre la clim très bruyante et marche à moitié !!!
