We had a very pleasant stay at the resort. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and offered excellent quality throughout. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Ali from housekeeping for his excellent work and attention to detail.

We were charged extra for our child under 5 years old, even though we had requested and received confirmation at the time of booking that the child would be accommodated in the reservation.

Çalışanların özverisi, otelin temizliği, tercih nedenimiz olan aqua parkın hem yetişkin hem de çocuk alanı için ayrı ayrı konumlandırılması ve farklı havuz çeşitliliği, yemeklerin Türk tadına uyumlu olması, sahili güzeldi.

Otel çok temiz ve konforlu olmasına rağmen bir Müslüman olarak oteldeki caminin tam tersine çok pis bırakılması, her yerde klima olmasına rağmen çalışanlar dışında caminin kullanılmamasına nedeni ile sadece pervanelerle serinletilmeye çalışılması hiç hoş bir görüntü değildir. Eminim ki eğer camiyi yabancı turistlerde kullanıyor olsaydı orası da klimalı ve temiz olurdu. Bu konuda otel yönetiminin gerekli hassasiyeti göstermesi gerekir.

Сауна, египетский хамам не работал. В целом СПА комплекс реализован достаточно слабо, за такие деньги ожидал большего, но даже джакузи были неисправными.

The property offers a fantastic balance between relaxing activities for adults and fun activities for kids, making it an excellent fit for families with children. We were a large group with kids, and the front desk team and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The service was truly exceptional, everyone was always smiling and highly accommodating. One of our children has a very limited diet. After mentioning this to the front desk team, the hotel thoughtfully provided customized meals for her at every dining experience. Oof our guests felt a little unwell, and the front desk manager was genuinely incredible in checking on them, offering support, and making sure they were still able to enjoy their vacation experience. The beach was phenomenal, they provide fun boat ride and bicycles to the beach! The kids had a blast!! They have phenomenal pools, lake connecting the hotel to the neast beach. The hotel offers four excellent cuisine restaurants, great drinks, and outstanding evening shows and entertainment. I loved the German restaurant because of its spectacular sea view! You must try! Aside from the amazing hospitality, the vacation was made especially memorable for us because of the kids’ club. As children were able to spend time independently and safely while the adults enjoyed massages and some well deserved relaxation time. The hotel was exceptional in meeting all of our needs, and we truly look forward to our next vacation.

Everything was wonderful but the staff truly made our stay exceptional. They are what set this hotel apart. Their service and warmth were the highlight of our experience, and they are the reason we will return. I wish the entertainment was more diverse and I would of loved for a little bit more Egyptian culture integrated into the entertainment.

He was always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any request. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the attention to detail is remarkable. We would especially like to thank Ahmed Mobark, who kept our room spotless every day. His work was excellent, and his positive attitude made our stay even more pleasant. The restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food, and the dessert café became one of our favorite places. The pastries were amazing, and the coffee was simply outstanding. Special thanks to the best barista, Mohamed Ibrahim, for consistently preparing excellent coffee and always greeting guests with a smile. The entire hotel team works hard to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful grounds, excellent service, delicious food, and genuine hospitality made this vacation truly memorable.
