"The whole experience was very good, except for the cleaning part."

Facilities, including the lake and boat. Sweet Home bakery. Kids aqua park. Kids playgrounds. Beach is very nice too.

Our room was very poor in terms of furniture. Room No. 4152. There is no dressing table nor dressing chair. There is no armchair or sofa to rest on. Only beds. Also the room was just checked out and wasn’t well refreshed when we entered. My daughter got eye infection after only one day of stay. Might be from the pools, sheets or towels! In general, the cleaning standard is not like other Pickalbatros hotels.
