Huff Estates Inn & Winery

The property had so much to offer including wine tasting a pizza oven (Great Pizza!), the sculpture garden, restaurant and a great location only a few km from Picton and other restaurants and bars. The well-appointed rooms were comfortable and spacious with a private patio! All together a very enjoyable stay with great staff. We would definitely return!!

I always love staying at Huff Estate Winery and Inn. They have dog-designated rooms, a walkout patio, a gorgeous art gallery, beautiful tasting room, wood-fired pizza and. (drumroll) the spectacular 4 acre outdoor sculpture park and gardens. Amazing views, beautiful grounds and a delicious breakfast comes with! We will return and return!

The room was very spacious and clean, having the little private patio outside the room with table and chairs for relaxing with a coffee was a fantastic plus. Not to mention the complimentary bottle of wine! The breakfast included was so much better than we anticipated with made to order eggs, and lots of variety.

Our stay at the Huff Estates Inn and Winery was enjoyable.The Inn offered a welcoming environment. Staff were friendly and helpful; the accommodations were very clean and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace in the room and walk out to private patio. The complimentary breakfast was adequate for my needs. It was a short walk to the art gallery and winery on site. We enjoyed a wine-tasting and short tour of the processing facility. My recommendation would be to provide a small menu of snacks and perhaps charcuterie board at the winery when the pizza oven and outdoor patio are not in use. The breakfast room area was adequate, but also could have been dressed up with table linens and simple flower arrangements on the tables. It was a comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend the Huff Estate Inn to others. May 9, 2025

If you’re coming to PEC, I would highly recommend a stay at Huff! Quite reasonably priced imo too compared to spots that are double the distance from Picton Main Street (Huff is <15 minute drive). As for amenities: being a winery and having a well-known art gallery + sculpture garden on site, is a lovely perk since it cuts down on travel if you’re on a time crunch. The included tour/wine tasting led by Edward was great, as was the breakfast where a chef was making omelettes. Although the hotel portion might seem older compared to the very polished (& I believe renovated?) winery, the rooms are spacious and comfortable + the front desk staff is very accommodating and sweet.

We loved our room. It was spacious and lovely. The complimentary wine tasting and breakfast and the bottle of wine in the room were nice added touches. We will definitely come again and tell others about this place!

We discovered Huff Estates in summer 2024 when we stayed there for a weekend getaway in Prince Edward County to visit the PEC wineries. We loved our stay there. Friendly staff, comfortable, clean rooms, great location, their winery and wines are very palatable. An added bonus of the outdoor Oneo Art Gallery with amazing outdoor art sculptures. That is why we decided to go back for a second visit this year. Did not disappoint.

Loved the private patio, jetted tub and huge couch.

We didn’t get long enough on the property because we arrived late and had to leave early the next day. For the time we were there things were good although we couldn’t buy or order any wine to our room.
