Es hatte einen Balkon das Zimmer war groß

Konnte zwei Tage nicht duschen da kein warmes Wasser vorhanden war Am nächsten Morgen habe ich es angesprochen, man hat mir Abhilfe versprochen jedoch war am nächsten Abend das gleiche Problem nämlich kein warmes Wasser zum duschen. Die Sauna war außer Betrieb was im Vorfeld nicht ersichtlich war. Das Frühstück war sehr mager.
