Uptown Motel Kenai

It was a nice little motel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Dated motel, but fine for a nights stay. It was clean and beds were good. No elevator. Shower did not work. Claimed it at the reception who told us relocating was not an option, nobody in house to solve the problem, sorry. After getting agitated and threatening to leave suddenly there was another room available. Didn't like that, we should have been helped immediately and not just after getting mad.

I nice old fashioned homey place to stay.

Quaint - in a positive sense - with friendly staff, and well-appointed rooms exhibiting superb craftsmanship of a by-gone era.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Only questionable event was finding a handful of Frito chips on the the desk chair. Which means the chair was not moved and thus under the desk not cleaned. The room seemed clean otherwise. The bed was really comfortable.

It was a great we couldn’t figure tv out and the desk lady I think her name was Nickie her and maintenance came right down . It was user error so they showed us how to use the remote .i definitely will stay there again

Room service was substandard

The property is somewhat dated but not unexpected for the area. The restaurant was closed on Sunday night unfortunately.

I didnt like anything because when i arrived i was told they didnt have any rooms because they didnt have staff to clean them.
