La ubicación es muy buena. A muy pocos metros de la Gran Vía, sin el ruido y el bullicio de la misma. Enfrente a una plaza, rodeado de restaurantes. Zona muy tranquila y segura. Cerca de todo. El desayuno es excelente. Completo y de muy buena calidad. Cuenta con una terraza en el último piso, con buenas vistas e ideal para tomar un trago. Habitaciones amplias, completas y muy limpias.

"Disappointed about the LGBT bit!!!"

The hotel is very biased to the Gay community but don't really make you aware of this, the reception is full of homo erotic paintings of men, half dressed (working) and showering!! It is also in the middle of the Gay aware of Madrid. As a heterosexual man, i felt a bit uncomfortable with the pictures in reception. I feel that the hotel should be a bit clearer on the fact regarding the whole LGBT bit. The picture on Tripadvisor is not the reception we experienced. Having said that the hotel is very clean, good size rooms, quiet at night and a friendly reception / staff.
