"Tired and rundown....bring back happy staff"

The hotel is in a great location

This is our 8th stay over the years at this hotel. WOW it has become so run down. The carpets are filthy and our junior suite was so dirty and stains on bed and dont start me on the carpet, it was disgusting. The check in area used to be nicely decorated and warm up arrival, today it looks run down and dirty , and the warm welcome from te staff has disappeared, its like none of them want to be there, and lost that welcoming edge.
