Homewood Suites by Hilton El Paso Airport

My family and I were visiting El Paso and we stayed at the Homewood Suites near the El Paso airport. Over all, we had an excellent stay. During our 5 night stay, we experienced everything that they have to offer. Their breakfast is always out on time and tastes delicious! The two different ladies we came across who were working the breakfast area were fantastic and very accommodating. The house keepers do a fantastic job, anytime our rooms were cleaned! Lastly, the front desk were very nice and very helpful with recommendations of things to do around El Paso. I’d like to mention Marisol and Jasmine because they helped make our stay even better. We also attended their weekly manager reception where they offer food, drinks, and activities! The AGM Fernanda was hosting and she made it a ton of fun!

The staff is wonderful. The room was clean and in order. Every amenity is available at all hours.

This isn’t my first stay at this hotel, and there’s a reason I come back. Front desk is great, has great rapport with all the guests. I wish I caught her name. Comfy beds, cold fridge, and the ceiling fan is an underrated amenity. I do wish the fitness center was a little larger, but everything else has been great.

I had a very pleasant stay. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help when needed. I also found the value for the price to be reasonable considering the quality of the service and accommodations. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again in the future.

The Homewood Suites by the Airport in El Paso is excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location is right by the highway for easy access. Great stay!

I missed the time frame to post directly to Hilton, so I have to leave ot on here. I hardly ever leave reviews unless my experience was really that bad. I have stayed at alot of Hilton properties, and this one was the absolute worse one that I have ever stayed at. I only stayed here one night while traveling back to Dallas. I paid extra for an offered upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom suite. On the description it described the room as being upgraded with upgraded furnishings, but what I walked into was a pissy smelling old room that looked like it had not been clean. The bedroom tv would not initially come on and I had to keep moving the batteries around just to get it to work. The couch was dirty. Pillows and sheets had holes. I went in the bathroom so I could give my young child a shower and it was globs of hair in the soap dish. At this point i wanted to just throw up because there is no way the room was cleaned. The air conditioner started making a very loud squealing noise and we had to bang on the side to get it to stop everytime. I called the front desk and the lady just said she was by herself and it was nothing she could do, but make a note and send someone out to fix the tv in the morning. I told her i was leaving in the morning and i was more concerned about the room and bathroom not being clean and the loud noise coming from the air conditioner. I had a small can of lysol and sprayed what I could, but I could not wait to get out of there the next day. The next day very early in the morning someone was knocking on the door and it was the maintenence man to fix the tv....Really!! Why would she send him if I told her that I waa checking out the next morning, but didn't care if my room was dirty. When I checked out whoever was at the front desk, solving notes and apologized and said that she will let her manage her know right away.And that I would get points at it back to my account. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received anything and I doubt I will. Next time I have to stop in El Paso on I will definitely not stay here even if no other hotels were available.

The room was stocked with everything we needed traveling with two children. Lots of options for breakfast as well.

The bathroom was not as clean as I have had before at this hotel chain.

The room was nice with a comfortable bed. Lots of room. Free breakfast is nice,

The hot water was tepid at best and ran out towards the end of the shower.
