"Bad communication"

The room

The staff does not explain correctly about your deposit. I was told my deposit would be refunded after my checkout at 10:30 am or 11:00 am . The deposit is more than I was told. I was told a 100 $ deposit and my card is holding over 235. 00 $ I understand the room fee and the deposit but it is still being held today and I left the room in perfect order . I don't like misinformation coming from management. It's more than a 100 $ deposit and it still has not been refunded yet. The manager is terrible at communicating with customers on the procedures I would like my deposit refunded like I was told. If I do not see it being taken care of tonight I will contact my card company.
