Ibis Casablanca City Center

There were no facilities in the room. Not even dental kit or anything. Even there wasn’t even kettle or coffee/tea in the room.

The room was exactly as I expected. That is something that I love in Ibis. It's everything as I used it to be

Everything was ok. Nothing special that I can highlight for its price in that location

All the staff were amazing breakfast was also excellent allover great stay and a very good location

Beds were rock hard better pillows only 2 very soft pillows everything else was excellent especially the staff

Very close to the train station and talking distance from the main mosque.

I stayed at this hotel for one week for work. Upon arrival, the staff told me that breakfast was not included because it had not been paid by my company. However, according to my reservation, breakfast and local taxes were included, as usual. They insisted that I pay for my first breakfast, so I contacted my company to check, but I did not receive a quick answer. Two days later, the hotel staff told me it had been a mistake and that they were waiting for me to pay, but by then I had already chosen to have breakfast outside. In addition, there were mosquitoes everywhere, which made it very uncomfortable to work and sleep. Another unpleasant situation happened during the World Cup. I was sitting at the reception watching the match without ordering anything, although I had paid for my stay. A staff member asked me to move to make space for guests who were consuming. This made me very upset. They apologized later, but for me this was not acceptable. For all these reasons, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially if you are coming to relax or to work.
