Great place to stay with grandkids, good breakfast, nice indoor pool, but refrigerator didn't work and we had lots of fruit and juice for kids that wasnt able to stay cold....also had to ask at desk for everything needed for 5 people, room only stocked for two.

Ok location, near stores. You can tell this hotel is old. Bathroom seemed updated, but everything else was older. It was definitely short staffed for a weekend. They would not bring us linens that were missing from the pull out sofa. The sofa had crumbs and hair in it (very dirty), the sink did not drain properly and leaked at times. I had requested to be away from the elevator, but they put us right across from it smh, the AC was extremely cold and loud and when we turned it off to try to sleep it got very warm. Did not try the breakfast, but it was crazy busy. We decided to leave early, which we almost never do and the front desk only had one person, who was on the phone for awhile. It took forever to checkout, but once we did, I was glad to leave. Still can’t believe this is a Marriott property. It had more of a Motel 6 vibe.

Canceled reservation! I booked a room months in advance for an overnight stay on our way from FL to Ontario. We arrived at the hotel around 10:45 pm on Friday, Aug 1 only to be told our reservation had been canceled due to an expired credit card and that they sent an email to notify me. It is important to note that I was able to check in using the app 2 days before our stay and that day of our arrival, including when standing at the desk, the app still said they were looking forward to seeing us. Additionally, the email received came from Sherika Brunson’s Gmail account NOT a corporate account. Supposedly, Sherika is the front office manager. The email was sent at 5:45pm and gave me until 6:00pm to call and update my credit card info. Given that I was driving, I didn’t see the email until we arrived and were told about it. In spite of the fact that the hotel had my phone number, there was no phone call. The gentleman working the front desk informed us there had no rooms and that there was nothing he could do for us. After driving 13 hours, this was not the news we expected. It was very frustrating to be left trying to find lodging for 5 adults at 11:00pm. The whole experience was very unprofessional and makes me question the management of this hotel. Why not call? Why not use a corporate email account? Why did the app not prompt me to update my card info? It almost seems as if the hotel was overbooked and looking for ways to remove reservations. As a result, we will never stay at this hotel again and frankly, will reconsider booking Marriott hotels in general.

The only issue we had was when we checked in they tried to charge us again for the room. I am assuming the girl who checked us in was inexperienced and made a mistake. The manager fixed the issue the next morning.

Room wasn’t the cleanest when we checked in. Air conditioning was so loud and disruptive that it woke us up early in the morning. One of the television screen was completely broke and unusable. The shower drain was clogged. Sofa bed was so thin, it was Worse than a camping mattress. Bedding for the sofa mattress was so cheap and when we asked for another blanket it was Even cheaper. Pool was so full of chlorine that my kids only swam once because it was So uncomfortable. Unable to add video with noise from air conditioning.
