Fourth visit there and has always exceeded our expectations! On three visits we have had a suite and on each occasion the experience was well worth the additional cost. Attentive staff at all levels within the hotel! Hotel situated two roads back from the Harbour, Cafes and Bars.

Take a Satnav with you, particularly if you have reserved parking in the hotel's underground car park!! It can be challenging navigating the local Alicante streets if you miss the entrance.

"I am not going to book this hotel again for my next stay in Alicante."

Hotel location was perfect and personel was very helpful.

We were very disappointed due to received room. Our window was very small , facing internal well. I did not feel comfortable being inside because of lack of day light. Almost as in a den. In addition it took 24 hours to fix problem with our safe.
