Lovely, rural property, within driving distance to Finger Lakes area. Cabins are beautiful, immaculate and comfy. Breakfast a treat! Freshly made and delicious and imaginative. Hosts welcoming and informative, but not intrusive. HIGHLY recommend!

Owners of Los Gatos are so friendly, and served best breakfasts we've had while traveling. They make fresh jams snd syrups from local produce. Conveniently located near Penn Yan, with lots of information about area wineries, restaurants, and attractions. We were delighted with the town, scenery, accommodations, and friendly staff everywhere.

Spacious and very clean rooms. The grounds were pretty and many areas to sit outside and relax. The Hosts Rebecca and Charles made us feel lcomfortable and welcome during our stay.

We recently stayed for 5 days at Los Gatos in Penn Yan NY. Charles and Rebecca were such inviting hosts from the moment we arrived to when we departed. We stayed in the Grande Suite which was basically the entire second floor and had a large bedroom, separate sitting room, and private deck. Charles has composed a book of close-by dining options and is a wealth of knowledge for local attractions and wineries. Rebecca is an incredible chef and prepared a different sumptuous breakfast daily. The homemade jams, specially blended coffee, and grape juice only complete the experience. Los Gatos is conveniently located not too far from wineries and attractions and provided a comfortable home base. We would not hesitate to recommend Los Gatos to friends and plan on visiting again. Charles and Rebecca truly make you feel like family.

This is a beautiful property. The gardens and grounds are exquisite. We stayed in one of the 2 cabins, comfy and private. The hosts are gracious and helpful. She's a good cook; the breakfast clafoutis was delicious!

Our stay was very nice. The property was well maintained and the owners were welcoming and helpful. Would love to stay again.

My daughter and I had the most relaxing time here. The breakfast was amazing and they made us feel at home. The scenery was inviting and peaceful.
