Guests highly rate the very comfortable and quiet. and frequently praise the overnight stay..
We never got any service on our room over the 3 night stay. It said we would get service every other day. That was very disappointing and we mentioned it to the desk staff and they just said sorry. No effort to make things amend. Disappointing. PRior stay was not like this. I would not return to this location again.
Room is clean and comfortable, the shower has GREAT water pressure, check in was quick and easy!
The price for the relative amenities were fair and appropriate... I will stay there again when visiting family...
Handicapped room, all the way at the end of the hall opposite the elevator. Shower curtain stoped 8” above the bottom of shower, allowing water to run on the floor. Tile entering shower was uneven and loose. Besides that it was good.
The staff was so kind to us. The place was spotless. Breakfast was amazing with so many options!
Everything great, except bath room could use renovations.

Overall stay was Ok, bed was extremely soft but other then that no problem. Only thing was when booked and in my receipt it was stated check out at 12, but we were asked to check out at 11.
