This hotel was so quiet which I appreciated. The breakfast was great-lots of variety and the breakfast area and seating areas were clean.
I found the staff quite friendly and didn’t have any issues with my stay. The next time I visit relatives in the Charlotte area I am definitely coming back here.
This is a very accessible and well-maintained property. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
The bathroom need major improvements to them. There was little to no water pressure and hotwater. The shower had luke warm water coming out of it on high setting. There was no hand soap to wash your hands in the sink had to buy a bar of soap.
Location was near my son's house so short ride to visit him. I have been to this hotel on several occasions and it has always been a wonderful stay
