Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton

Breakfast was ok. Could have used a bit more syrup but server never came over to check on us.

Cranberry juice had a wierd taste - like it was spoiling - an effervesence that shouldn't have been there, along with a sour taste.

The hotel is nice and clean but the staff was rude and gave false information the TV in the room I was in also didn't work so rooms weren't checked properly before check in

Great bartender!

Staff was friendly, room was clean, shower water pressure was strong. Outside fire pit and downstairs bar area were great for a little relaxing.

Clean, nice, kids had fun in pool, nice outdoor area. Many things nearby. Breakfast included.

the hotel was very pretty inside and out. we enjoyed the outdoor areas for eating, playing corn hole and the fire pit. upon arrival the staff member could have been more pleasant and friendly. the pillows were horrible, the bed was ok. the bathtub could have been a little cleaner. i was locked out of my room for 30 mins due to my key not working. i visited the front desk 3 times before someone came up to help. they had to go down 2 times themselves to figure out how to open my door. we were then left with a room but no key, nothing worked. they put us on the free breakfast list however, we were not going to be there for it. i was hoping they'd apply a discount of some sort or one for the future.

Loved the location and the curb appeal. Food was great!! Room was awesome! Friendly staff!! Definitely will be my hotel of choice when I’m in the area.
