Great place to stay! I always appreciate the warm hospitality of the staff—they’re consistently friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was quite good, nicely organized, and served in a clean, well-maintained lobby area. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience every time.

The Hampton Inn in Watertown has deteriorated over the years. Our room had no air conditioning and the room was musty and smelled awful. They gave us another room, but wouldn’t allow us the new keys without giving back the first keys which made it difficult to transfer our belongings. The bathrooms in both rooms had moldy caulking. Again the second room smelled moldy. I spent the evening sniffling and sneezing. We were not notified when booking that the gym was under construction. I was with several others who had the same air quality complaints in their rooms.

This property was everything you would expect from a Hampton. Very Clean. Only a couple issues, the elevator swayed back and fourth when getting to the third floor, even with only one small person on it. The staff wouldn’t allow my 15 year old to buy a candy from the front desk, which meant at night after I was already in my pajamas I had to go down to the lobby to allow my 15 year old to use cash to buy a snack. It was ridiculous and not family friendly.

Breakfasts were delicious and the staff was friendly. Nice room.

The pillows on the beds are not comfortable to me or my wife

The rooms are spacious, clean and well stocked. Shower head could use an upgrade, sink slow draining.

Our stay was very pleasant. The lobby was clean and inviting, our room was spacious and the location was central to all our needs. Alan was exceptionally helpful and patient during check in and we enjoyed our stay.
