It was close to the light rail, the mall and airport. The hotel shuttle ran to/from the airport and the mall. Mall access was convenient for meal variety and something to do in the cold. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and fun to talk to especially Aiden. Aiden showed us how to get to the light rail, gave us restaurant recommendations and was just fun to talk to. It was about a 5 minute walk to the light rail and then we took it to Viking Stadium for a game and it was so convenient and cheap!!! We took an Uber to Snake Discovery ( about 30 minute ride) and spent the day there.

The Saturday morning staff, she was amazing the breakfast host as well.

Only one entrance/exit.. the Friday evening staff .. the toilets not working properly.. the pool was incredibly small and cold… and not only were we denied an half hour early check in, because they were cleaning the rooms, but the room wasn’t clean!

Very clean environment, dells so comfortable and cozy staff is polite and helpful with needs and breakfast was lovely, maintenance for cleanliness very well and has no issues, had a large party of kids I couldn’t hear other rooms and had no noise complaints given that we were in the 2nd floor. My second visit here and will be my ongoing place to stay when visiting Minnesota. Thank you Spring Hill suites and staff for a great stay.
