"Hotel was good,cheaper price but booking.com sucks"

The hotel end was great

I used booking.com and they are slow and declined my reservation multiple times while I was standing in the lobby of the hotel and they were saying that they had the rooms, and there system was accepting the reservation, but booking.com was declining it and saying that it was the hotels side and the guy on the phone was unhelpful, rude and asked unprofessional questions, like “ if there was anyone I could borrow money from to pay for the hotel” even though I already paid booking.com the 300 something that it was to book the hotel, and when I tried to get information on when my refund would be sent he said that it should already be received but it wasn’t and when I called my bank they said that they hadn’t received a refund notice.

I love the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel and the towels always appear fresh.

I tried the breakfast for the first time and I was very disappointed.
