Rooms need serious refurbishment. Found mold in room and was happy I was only here for one evening. Size of room was decent. It was also annoying to have to request bedding for sleeper sofa and to go back to lobby to retrieve it.

The property was kept clean, day staff was pleasant. Room was good size.

There wasn’t a continental breakfast, prices were very pricey for what they did have on their menu! During the night sounded as if the dumpster was being emptied.

The room isn't clean

The bed seemed like it was due for a mattress change. It was a king with two sunken areas on each side and a ridge in between, so either it is older and due for a change or has not been rotated sufficiently. The TV picture had snowy vertical lines, so either the cable reception is off or the picture is off.

Everyone was very nice and professional.

No complaints

The facility is clean, quiet and comfortable. The two ladies, one taking orders and filling coffee requests and the other was cooking, were both extremely friendly and hard working.

We were a family of 3 traveling between NC and FL and purchased the breakfast option with our room. We went to breakfast, we were informed by the front desk person that breakfast is for 2 people per room. WHAT?! I've never heard of such nonsense. I contacted Marriott directly and no apology was offered. Instead, I was told that I needed to book directly with them to prevent the "misunderstanding." Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
