Posizione ottima, dentro Ortigia. L’edificio molto bello con pietra bianca, classico di Siracusa. Affascinante I sono i viottoli che si attraversano per arrivare alla Giudecca.

Consiglierei una bella ristrutturazione, così il posto sarebbe fantastico! Ad esempio, nel bagno mancava lo sportello di chiusura doccia, il bagno era vecchiotto di per se, nei muri c’erano infiltrazioni di umidità, …
