The Brook at Turning Stone Resort Casino

Very nice property. The weekend rates are absolutely insane and i would never say $400 worth the money. Room was clean and comfortable, service was very good. Signage to navigate through the hotel and casino was horrible, when you are a first time visitor it was a guessing game. Same with parking garage, needs more directional signs, the one ways were not label well and seemed chaotic.

Great getaway but signage in garage and construction areas is confusing. Hope to visit when improvements are made.

The check in was pretty speedy and the employees were all friendly. they ansered all my questions with a smile. As I had never been here before, I found the experience interesting. The elevator could only be accessed with a room key, so it felt very secure, as this is a casino and there are lots of people there. The room was very spacious and clean. Everyting was nice, and I loved that I could eat, see a show, gamble and then just head to the room, no need to go outside, as It was very cold outside.

The hotel was great but the fitness facilities are very old and dated. The restaurants are top notch. Definitely go to the Italian restaurant when you stay. Be prepared to spend some money as everything is costly.

Very friendly staff and lots of them. Check in was a breeze.

Celebrated a friend's retirement and had a blast. It was very clean and there was ataff available at all times for questions. There were attendants cleaning slots throughout our entire visit. The music in the casino was great. The food at the tavern was delicious and the service was quick. There were a lot of food options. I played roulete for the 1st time and the game attendant helped me and taught me all about the game. We willbenack again.
