"Decepcionante para el precio"

La habitación superior está en un edifico adyacente sin ningún encanto, pasillo estrecho, habitación pequeña para el precio que pagamos. Mobiliario de la habitación deteriorado y tapa desagües sin funcionar. Para ir al spa hay que atravesar el pàrquing de coches. Nada encantador. Buena ubicación. Spa con mucha gente. Nada relajante.

L’hôtel, l'amabilité du personnel, la vue sur le lac, la gentillesse de tout le monde dans le village, les croissants français, le spa et même le beau temps était de la partie. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100% ( et pour ceux qui viennent en couple, le spa n'est plus accessible à partir de 17h00 aux enfants, donc tranquillité assurée;-)

"Bien, pero no tanto como esperábamos"

El edificio principal (donde se encuentra la recepción) es muy bonito y los empleados muy amables. El hotel se encuentra justo enfrente del lago. Por otro lado, esperaba más de un hotel de esta categoría. La puerta del baño estaba "descolgada" de uno de los anclajes, lo que hacia imposible cerrarla. El agua salia discontinuamente fría y caliente, sin llegar a calentarse del todo. Por lo visto teníamos incluido el spa, cosa que no se indicaba en la web hoteles.com, por lo que no llevamos bañador.

Nos ha gustado mucho que el hotel tuviera spa para poder relajarnos al venir de esquiar. Es pequeño, pero entre semana estaba muy bien al no estar masificado
