"Приятные впечатления от сервиса в отеле и самого отеля❤️"

Заселились в отель поздно вечером. Картинка ванной комнаты не соответствовала картинке на сайте букинга, попросили поменять, но свободный номер нашли нам на след. день и даже чайник( который мы попросили на ресепшене) перенес персонал отеля. Спасибо девушке, которая в тот день дежурила. Каждый день меняли полотенца и убирали номер. Завтраки хорошие, всего хватало. Отель не далеко от центра. Непременно остановимся в нём когда снова посетим красивый Краков.

В номере, который выходит на улицу , очень слышен трамвай, видимо окна неплотно закрываются. В туалете был неприятный запах из унитаза( странная химия).

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, puedes moverte por la ciudad andando y con todo lo importante cerca. Las camas muy cómodas, habitaciones espaciosa y la ducha con buena presión, sin duda es un hotel al que volveríamos sin dudarlo.

El desayuno es súper variado y completo, pero quizá eché de menos más opciones dulces.

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji miasta (dodatkowo przy samym przystanku tramwajowym - dobrze skomunikowany z innymi częściami miasta), personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

Pokój od ul. Starowiślnej, w związku z czym nieco głośny.
