Location, layout, facilities.

Showers allowed water to run over the bathroom floor creating floods! Not a good look with wet bedroom carpet. TV is internet streaming only. Limited programs and channels. Poor for the price charged.

"A great place to retreat to for rest and recuperation."

On the outskirts of Arrowtown with a woodland path leading into the town itself. Wonderful scenary and excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown but close enough to get in if you want to. The house is excellent and can be set up for one, two or three bedrooms.

Minor housekeeping niggles, easily sorted.
