"Excellent"

New area of Arrowtown I had not seen before. Modern decor and spacious.no air conditioning or reverse heat pump. Extremely hot with closed windows ( for security) Good facilities otherwise.

"Very clean and well appointed apartment in quiet location"

Lovely apartment in a very quiet estate. Has all the amenities we needed and was very clean. Close to some excellent trails in Arrowtown so we loved the location. Easy 20 min drive into Queenstown.

It got very hot in the rooms upstairs. However, the owner provided a fan after we asked for it.

Property overall is good. Only problem is the Air conditioning. No AC in the house, but it was mentioned in the Property details. No flyscreens on windows so can't leave windows open due to bugs.

Location was great for us however you will need transport to get to restaurants/wineries etc. Perfect for our needs. Good kitchen & lounge area and bedrooms both with ensuites were spacious & private.

Air con would have been nice. Lack of privacy outside area.

Spacious, well facilitated, comfy beds, beautiful surrounding, short drive or even walkeable to shops. We highly recommend this accommodation. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we holiday in Queenstown again.
