"we really enjoyed madrid partly because of the support fro m the hotel staff"

the room was lovely overlooking the plaza; the staff at the restaurant and of course the front desk were very helpful and fun,

I didn't realize there was no swimming pool which would have been great given that madrid was so hot when we were there
