TownePlace Suites by Marriott Kansas City Overland Park

Breakfast is a little better than you expect for a continental. They had fresh fruit, and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. I liked the mini kitchen with plates and silverware. That helped with our take-out order. Overall good place to stay.

The room was not the cleanest. There were a few stray hairs in the bathroom and the sheets seemed clean but there were some stains. Also, the bathroom is directly adjacent to the bed, so beware if you are not completely comfortable with the person you are sharing the room with.

The floor in my room was sticky, the door handle was sticky. I found a bonus "waffle" in my trashcan.

Free hot breakfast, nice outdoor pool with plenty of chairs and towels, suite with large closets and compact kitchen. Friendly staff and you can walk to the hen house supermarket

on the tv, marriott advertising was difficult to bypass. quality of bed linen was poor. fitted mattress sheet came undone. overall experience was 3.5

Clean, quiet, and it's in the nice part of town. The front desk receptionist, Lacey, was very nice and helpful ! Great continental breakfast as well. We will definitely stay there again if we go to Overland Park.

The girl at the front desk was happy, helpful & very knowledgeable about the area. 1st impression was everything and she nailed it!

Would be nice to have ice on the floors instead of coming down when needing ice, but they do provide ice trays in the freezer so it’s so able.
