Room was great, clean, and appropriate in every way. A/C was extra cold. Staff was friendly. Sketchy area, and lots of questionables loitering.

Extremely nice staff and security. They went out of their way to help a recently homeless/ disabled vet get shelter and connect with a social worker. They seemed to treat everyone well and with respect. Management seems to have an eye for hiring nice people. This place is also very dog friendly.

Beds were good. Need new pillows and a coffee machine.

Booked a room with a king bed and a twin sofa bed. When I went to check in they said they don't even have any rooms with twin sofa beds

The staff is really nice

Did not like anything. The building is dark and gloomy when you go inside. We got into the elevator and the when we were going to check in this homeless couple with a baby came in walked to the back came back to the front asked the the girl checking us in something it looked fishy and then they left. We then got into the elevator and the bar was missing on the wall. We get off on floor carpet has big circle stains on it. We get to our room ind it’s really needs work walls have spots and there a picture covering apart where something was removed everything needs some work bathroom sink has caulking that is molded there towels are dingy no soap no shampoo no facial tissue no coffee machine just a poor place to stay looks grungy won’t come here again. Propose you don’t either!!

Property management unbelievably rude, would not discuss property security-related problem. Would not refund, i never checked in. Crappy property stole me money.

The two side entrance doors were not locked, not requiring a key to get in to the building. No coffee, no exercise room , tiny towels, loud, room didn't smell good although sheets and room were clean on arrival. This is more of a weekly or monthly rental place and not a typical hotel / motel.

Staff was nice
