Some places give you comfort, but some places touch your heart.. I stayed for only one night, yet Rixos felt like a little piece of heaven. From the endless variety of delicious food of dinner and breakfast to the breathtaking beach, stunning pool, and room with an unforgettable view, every moment felt special. What made it truly memorable were the staff. Star of our stay is Mr Wony. Generous, kind and always smiling. Ezgli's hospitality was also beyond professional, she welcomed us with such warmth that I felt like a guest in her own home and not in a restaurant. Hmue's kindness and caring touch completed an experience that felt genuine, personal, and full of heart. Shout out to the spa team, unfortunately I cant recall exact names but the atmosphere in Anjana Spa is just breathtaking.. cleanliness, relaxing vibes and most importantly the width.. Thank you for memories that will stay with me long way. Definitely coming back!

I recently celebrated my birthday with a staycation at Rixos, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Pauline Abad for her outstanding assistance throughout our stay. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my birthday celebration was extra special. Her warm and welcoming approach made us feel valued and well taken care of. The hotel itself was beautiful, with excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and delicious dining options. Every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable birthday getaway. Thank you, Rixos, and especially Pauline Abad, for making my birthday celebration so wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable staycation experience.

I would like to thank Atef for making our check-in experience smooth and enjoyable. He was very professional, flexible, and always happy to assist whenever we had a request. His excellent customer service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would also like to share some feedback regarding our stay. We booked an all-inclusive package; however, the buffet was quite disappointing, with limited food options available. That said, the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The coffee shop in the lobby also had very limited options. The cake display was not included in the all-inclusive package, and only a small selection of Danish pastries was available. In addition, the minibar was expected to include alcoholic beverages as part of the all-inclusive package, but it was stocked with soft drinks only. The drinks menu overall was quite limited, and beverage service ended at 10:30 PM. Fortunately, after speaking with the manager at Mr. Tailor Restaurant, we were able to have our last drinks at 11:00 PM. The manager was very polite, understanding, and accommodating. I would also like to recognize Isaac, who was very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. Overall, our experience was not bad. While there are areas that could be improved, the staff were the highlight of our stay. The front office team, food and beverage staff, and housekeeping team were all very helpful, friendly, and professional. Thank you to the team for their hospitality

Fantastic food and service at The Farmhouse restaurant today. Our server Sultanbek was brilliant. He worked so hard all afternoon, to keep our drinks full and our table clear of used plates. The Manager on duty was also extremely welcoming and helpful. Thank you both!
