I was contacted by customer service several times regarding prepayment, even though I requested payment upon arrival.

atmosphere was nice. Food was subpar. Hostess Ezgi was very nice and hospitable.

Amazing stay at Rixos and especially Antan in the restaurant- this guy does not stop!!!! Early breakfast and late into the night- this gentleman worked 24/7 with a big smile on his face! Amazing hotel. Great food and facilities.

We’ve been to Rixos Gulf Hotel twice already, and both experiences were absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. A special thank you to Sonia at reception — truly customer service at its finest. Warm, professional, attentive, and always making us feel welcome. The biggest highlight for us was the Rixy Kids Club. Francisca’s energy, care, and genuine love for the children - simply incredible. Along with Tanya, Sarah, and the rest of the wonderful team, they created such a fun and safe environment that my daughter never wanted to leave — she was actually excited to come back for our second visit just because of them! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return again!

Amazing service and tasty food with good Turkish touch from the chef

Good facilities. Good beach. Comfortable rooms. Friendly smiling staff. Ezgi was always friendly and chef Ergan took good care of us.

One of the worst 5 star hotels in Doha, I don’t know on what basis it is getting ratted highly, from the reception you feel the staff is overwhelmed, they are not helpful, they charged the same room twice, they even issued cards again for the already occupied room, likely it was our friend and finally got a proper room at 8pm, the lobby is dull with poor interior design, understaffed in all services, the restaurant in too small, food is barely 6/10, worst egg Benedict, cheap food, no proper varieties, all inclusive is useless, and the finally when it was Marriot the pool deck tiles caused injuries, now after renovations again the tiles around the pool are hazardous, not enough shades around the pool, kids water park is huge in area but not designed well so kids will get bored of it, lot of trip hazard water feature between the pool and the beach, showers near the pool is another disaster, no changing cubicles, broken shower lock, no shampoo, no cleaners, btw its not a proper pool bar, its a kiosk 20 away from the pool, the list goes on….
