Kamakura Prince Hotel

ロケーション、ホテルのお部屋も清潔でゆったりと過ごせ大変満足でした。 ブラックフライデー野割引もあり、リーズナブルなお値段でまた利用したいと思いました。

ロビーのラウンジのガラスの汚れが目立ち、ラウンジはロケーションも含め利用する気にはなれませんでした。

Lovely location. The room itself was larger than expected, and clean. The beds were comfortable.

There appeared to be a disparity between how the hotel staff treated foreigners and non-foreigners. For example, foreigners were not offered porter services. Front desk staff were not particularly warm or friendly to foreigners either. The electric bikes available out the front were not able to be used by those with an Australian (+61) sim card. This isn't the hotel's fault of course, but worth noting. Finally, we were told there is no room temperature control in the winter months. Meaning we couldn't put on the AC when we first opened the room on a particularly warm and stuffy day, or turn on the heating when the temperatures dropped to zero overnight.

ハリウッドツインに滞在しました。ロケーションが最高でした。お天気にも恵まれ部屋から江ノ島と富士山がとてもよく見えました。部屋でくつろいでサンセットを見ることもできました。

お部屋は清潔に保たれていてとても快適だったのですが、テーブルの塗装で剥がれていたり、室温調節が分かり辛かったり設備がちょっと残念な気がしました。

piscine qui ferme en août à 18h et en septembre à 17h ! le moment où on apprécie la piscine après les visites touristiques .De plus le fait de devoir payer pour avoir un transat !!!!

Location was great - views of the ocean, Enoshima Island and Mount Fuji were stunning, bus 🚌 to the station was really convenient, especially with luggage. Great base, really convenient for traveling around the Kamakura area, Yokohama etc. Recommendations for local restaurants were great. Had a shiatsu massage in the hotel and slept like a baby after, lovely lady - gifted hands 🙌

Next to no facilities- no bar , no laundry. Swimming pool not opening till mid July! Balcony was tiny, standing room for two at a push

Very unreasonable hotel that has no first aid box or relative equipment. I got hurt on the street right outside the hotel and asked for any bandaging supplies, but the only thing they had was a tiny little cute bandage. Also the transportation wasn’t quite convenient which we need to walk 10 minutes to get to the nearest train station. The staff didn’t tell us about the shuttle bus or any way to get to seaside. For the room, I would say it is not well maintained as it’s the dirtiest room I’ve ever lived in Japan. There’s mold on the wall inside the bathroom and there’re no exhaust system. 這家旅館非常不合理，沒有急救箱或相關設備。我在飯店對外受了傷，想問他們有沒有包紮用品，但他們只有一條小膠布。 而且交通不太方便，我們需要走10分鐘才能到達最近的火車站。工作人員沒有告訴我們任何有關直通車訊息，也沒有告訴我們去海邊的路線。 至於房間維護得有點不好，這是我在日本住過的最髒的房間。浴室的牆上有黴菌，而且整個房間沒有排氣系統。
