Brilliant staff, fabulous room and the beds were exceptionally comfortable

It was very exciting to be back at the Riviera house. The staff are very pleasant and helpful in every way

Hotel is well situated right next to the Funikuler. The roof top restaurant provide great views especially at sunset. Hotel is neat and staff is professional and efficient.

It’s nice hotel and have nice location. Totally renovated inside and have nice bar and restaurant. But if you come to the bar after 10 pm dnt wait will run service you. And one thing fascinated me. Food in restaurant was fantastic tasty, but when I ordered room service, tasty of food was different and not enjoyable.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel, and staff are very helpful. Two staff members in particular were extremely patient with me after my bank put a security hold on my card and I needed to spend two hours on the phone trying to resolve this: thank you!

This is an excellent property right next to the most popular tourist spots and the Danube river. The hotel itself is in excellent condition and the staff was exceptional. Air conditioner in the room was very good (unusual for europe.) Would definitely stay again!

The Riviera House is a very fine hotel. The rooms are comfortable and modern. Bathroom is perfect! The facilities are clean and well cared for. Toiletries are luxurious and towels plentiful. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. One of the most memorable things about the hotel is the breakfast. There is a large buffet plus a menu for additional delights. You can enjoy to your heart’s (or stomach’s) content. The hall is lovely with waiters serving hand and foot. The area is perfect. Walking the neighborhood is exciting and you are steps from the metro. Love this hotel. I will stay again and do highly recommend.

Amazing cooked breakfast by order. Very friendly staffs. Excellent location to city or river. Many restaurants are nearby.
