Location to everything, the price, room was bay front lower level with a porch, and pet friendly

Check in is 400 pm but we had to wait till 430 pm for our room to be ready because they were full and running behind, not my issue. Only ONE ice machine for the entire 3 story property, very few chairs at the pool, not very sound proof. Roof top bar only open twice the 7 days we were there? Could use some cosmetic attention in rooms.
