Location

one staff member was wonderful. the room was nice. the location is nice

the remainder of the staff has no customer service skills. the manager will not return your phone calls. None of the doors lock at night from the outside. the entire facility is open to the public 24 hours a day. there is one washer and one dryer for the entire facility and the dryer takes at least 2 cycles to dry a load of towels. the ice machine can not keep up and there is only one. there is a bar upstairs but the bartender didnt show up for work for two weeks so it was never open while we were there. It has alot of potential if the staff cared a little bit more. I was locked out of my room every time I left. my family and I made more trips up and down stairs for new key cards than should ever happen

The location was perfect with the beach across the street and several restaurants within walking distance.

Our room was on the second floor, which also has the door to the bar. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise when the bar closed at 2 am down our hallway. The hotel should consider some kind of alternative door so that the party people don’t have to enter that hallway when departing the bar.

No nos gustó que parte del personal, como no hablamos inglés, ni siquiera respondía a nuestro saludo. Excepto el personal de servicio que siempre estuvo atento y predispuesto a ayudarnos.
