The toilets do not have enough water. Flushing the toilets was very uncomfortable because when you flush, the water is not enough to flush out the waste; even to flush out a small tissue was a problem. Management might be thinking that they are saving water by having less water to flush out but what they need to realize is that we flush the toilet many times trying to take out everything and that wastes a lot of water. It is not nice to be in a place where the toilet does not smell nice because it cannot flush properly. This might affect your clientele base. Customers like to be in an environment which is 100% convenient. I would like to urge Management to deal with the issue of toilets. My family and I would like to use this hotel occasionally because we have relatives in Mafikeng. Like in December we would like to book there because we will be coming to Mafikeng.

Excellent, and the location is at the right place.

The checkin was easy and fast and staff were friendly

The aircon was not working on my first room and I had to be moved to the other room. The pricing for this hotel is really high, i paid more than R2,000 for one night and i think it is expensive especially for mid week.
