Andaman Seaside Resort

Despite a confirmed and prepaid reservation, we were not provided with a habitable room. Upon entry, there was a strong sewage smell, the air conditioner was not functioning, and the electricity repeatedly tripped the fuse, rendering the room unhygienic, unsafe, and uninhabitable. We have photos documenting these conditions. On 31 March 2026, from approximately 15:00 to 21:00, we repeatedly reported these issues. Our room was not changed; instead, we were asked to wait outside while the hotel claimed to be fixing the problem. We were traveling with our 6‑year‑old child after a 5‑hour journey and were forced to spend hours outside without clear or transparent communication. At around 21:00, the issues remained unresolved. We were then informed that the problem could not be fixed until the next day after 12:00 and—without our consent—that we would be moved to another hotel for one night. It was heavily raining, and with a minor, we had no practical alternative. Our acceptance therefore occurred under necessity and distress, not as voluntary consent.The alternative accommodation was clearly inferior, unhygienic, and infested with cockroaches (video evidence attached). The next morning, we removed our belongings and needed to privately arrange another hotel. Throughout the day, we were misled with repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved. Had we been informed honestly in the morning, we would not have checked in. Service provided under these conditions cannot be considered valid contract performance.

Was mir nicht gefiel, war, dass es in unserem Zimmer kein Internet gab, sondern nur dort, wo wir uns an der Rezeption hinsetzten.

Beach one minute walk across the road Pool open til 9pm so if want to wait until sun has gone down to use it, no problem Pool/ beach towels provided Restaurants in walking distance along main road and plenty on beach also 7/11 next door Currency exchange next door 15 minutes in taxi to Fantasea Approx 55 mins in taxi to Phuket airport

The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows on the bed were too big/ puffy . It would have been nice to have a couple thinner pillows.

The staff were excellent, all very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, 2mins walk from the beach, directly across the road as well as close to the nearest 7/11 and lots an excellent bars and restaurants. We stayed in a villa overlooking the pool and had an additional bed out in for our child. The rooms are clean and spacious with toiletries and are cleaned daily with fresh towels. Will stay again!

We love everything

Cleanliness of the room every day was exceptional. Service provided was brilliant. The location could not be better, 5 minutes walk to Bangtao Beach & the hotel pool very good. The Manager & staff were very helpful & so friendly. Looking forward to a return visit.
