Courtyard by Marriott Atlantic City Beach Block

The facility was clean, and there was a nice large parking lot. The staff was helpful and understanding.

First room we checked into was not made up (not clean, no sheets, no pillows). The second room we checked into had a toilet that didn’t flush and a sink that didn’t drain. We had to lift the top cover off the toilet and flush it manually. One of the outlets in the room was hanging out of the wall with exposed wires. We got stuck in the elevator and the elevator was not shut down by the staff after we got stuck and informed them. Several other guests we spoke to got stuck in the elevator as well. The roof was leaking in the parking lot leaving a pool of ice and water right outside the back entrance.

They turned me away because my wallet had been stolen that day. I offered to show a photo of my ID, bank statements, and several other documents to verify my identity but they refused saying "chatGPT can make those things". Now I've been trying to get in contact with the manager, Darrel Rich, for over a month and he has not returned my dozens of calls.

I was denied service and now am being denied a refund because management won't call me back or transfer me to someone who will handle my case.

The location was great for where we were going to a concert. Area was a bit sketchy

The room was just average for the price. The bed was just okay.

Room was spacious/updated. Good location. Parking on site was affordable and easy.

The bathtub looked dirty at first. After a closer inspection it looks like the bottom of the tub was just scratched up and peeling. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.
