Courtyard by Marriott Atlantic City Beach Block

We chose the hotel because it’s close to the concert venue but the line for check in was very long and there was no clean rooms. Everyone was waiting for rooms to be cleaned and we’re trying to get to the concert in time. Once we got to a room it had lady’s fingernail on the floor, no washcloths, and a burned out lightbulb. We checked out a week early and are waiting for a refund from Booking.com. I spoke to 2 Booking.com associates and the general manager of the hotel promised me a 50% refund.

Hi I book 1 guest room and 2 beds with breakfast included but when I saw my invoice in my e-mail found out that you guys charged me for $63.38 for breakfast . Can you please refund me the money that you charged me for breakfast? Because breakfast is included in my booking and I should be charged for it. Thank you

No cook for Bistro orders - all microwave food

I was there Dec.9th for 1 night Temprature outside was 11 degrees inside room thermostat was set on Air condition. After waiting half an hour Tech came (i was out of room He opened the door and fixed it met him while closing the door) took 30 min. to warm up , Next day morning in Shower There was no Bodywash Realised after half way in shower Then Bathtub was Clogged Water will not drain Do not Expect this in Marriott

I stayed at this hotel recently and had one of the most upsetting experiences I have ever had at a Marriott property. When I checked in, I paid for both nights in advance and was told I did not need to return to the front desk the next day. I even confirmed this because I have mobility issues. I was assured everything was taken care of. The next day I called the front desk twice, once about the heat and once to ask about food options. My room number was given both times and no one mentioned any problem. The heat was adjusted, but the room never stayed warm and I remained freezing throughout the day. Even then, no one contacted me. Later that evening everything changed suddenly. A front desk employee called me out of nowhere, speaking to me in an angry and confrontational tone, insisting I needed to check in again. When I tried to explain that I had already been told I did not have to come back downstairs, she talked over me and rushed me. Instead of giving me a few minutes to get myself together, she began sending security to my door every couple of minutes. The repeated knocking and pressure were completely unnecessary and made me feel unwelcome and unsafe. I was ultimately kicked out of the hotel. After leaving, I reviewed my account and discovered several attempted charges from the hotel that I had never been informed about. These included repeated attempts for one hundred ninety dollars, as well as attempts for five hundred, three hundred, sixty, ten, and other amounts. Some of these attempts were made after I was no longer on the property. None of these amounts match a standard incidental hold, which is normally one hundred dollars. I was also told that my incidentals were refunded, but no refund was ever issued. The entire experience was stressful, confusing, and completely unacceptable

Nothing . Not going to stay again.
