"This was my third time to stay here , lts not 5 star but it has everything you need ,willing friendly staff amazing loca"

Very helpful staff Lift for disabled people for the pool and also a lifeguard on duty

For the duration of our stay , one of the two lifts available was broken and the second one was working but slowly .It needs attention especially at holiday peak season

Always Stay here for short Breaks ... so we know the property well

getting a bit tired ... wallpaper on hallway walls coming away & Carpets were getting grubby

"Ihana loma Benalmadena"

Lähellä rantaa, sekä hyvät yhteydet eri paikkoihin. Saimme huoneen hyvissä ajoin kun saavuimme hotelliin, mukava auttava henkilökunta. Hotelli siisti ja huone hyvin varusteltu(mm. ilmastointi- ruoanlaitto mahdollisuus) uima-allas ihana. Suosittelen!

"Es la segunda vez que me quedo."

El emplazamiento. Muy tranquilo y limpio

1 ascensor solo, y muy lento. El otro no funcionaba. Las dos veces que bajé para comprarme un café no estaba nadie, pero la puerta si estaba abierta. La cafetera del apartamento es más s fastidiosa para hacerse solo un café, seria mas practico de capsulas. Sería bueno si pusieran más perchas, pinzas para colgar la ropa y un papel de cocina. Nos quedamos en el apartamento 710 y tuve que decirle a la recepcionista que para tener las cristaleras de la bañera como están era mejor quitarlas. Vi una limpiadora y puso un producto muy fuerte y regresó más tarde para intentar retirar la humedad y quizás hongos de la cristalera. Yo creo que el material que sujeta la cristalera está estropeado por usar productos abrasivos. Los platos, vasos, etc de la cocina bastante sucios.

La tranquilidad limpieza y amabilidad y sus instalaciones por supuesto

La verdad esque no tengo nada que decir me encanta todo y llevo viniendo 7 años al mismo sitio asique imaginaos si me gusta
