Un hotel bastante acogedor, una piscina deliciosa en la cual refrescarse, servicio de bar en la piscina la cual se carga a la habitación y al final se paga en el check out. El desayuno muy completo y delicioso con especial reconocimiento al chef que preparaba los Omelette que quedaban exquisitos (amabilidad y trato con los huéspedes). La ubicación del hotel a muy pocos metros de la playa de patong y a unos 15 minutos a pie de Bangla road. Encuentras muchos restaurantes alrededor pero recomiendo la comida del restaurante del hotel, deliciosa una presentación bellísima y los precios competitivos con los restaurantes externos. El personal muy amable, atentos a cualquier inquietud o requerimiento

Muchos huéspedes se quejan del olor a humedad pero es normal por la zona costera lo cual en lo personal no me incomodó porque todo siempre estaba impecable. Algo que no es propiamente del hotel es el cruce de la calle, es luchar para no ser atropellado, ya que la cultura de conducción de allí es bastante compleja, no obstante el hotel tiene a alguien en la entrada que colabora para poder cruzar la calle de manera más segura.
