"Worst Marriott property I’ve stayed at this year"

I spend half my year in hotels all over the country but this one needs help. Check in took forever with only a small group in front of me. Breakfast was less exciting than what other hotels provide for free yet this one was I think $17? Had Uber Eats deliver to the hotel but staff wouldn’t allow the person to deliver it to my room. (This is a first at every hotel I’ve stayed at my entire life.) The parking lot was packed and they charge for parking yet when there was no spots available was told it was my problem. So why charge for parking if there is none? Didn’t get credit for my stay because it was booked through my company even though every weekend this year I do this (luckily mostly Hilton which is never a problem) but I’ve stayed at other Marriott properties but it wasn’t this bad. I had to call about my receipt and was given attitude during the whole conversation saying I don’t get credit (even though I always do), told I should’ve asked for a receipt when I checked out as if it’s my fault (never have to do this at any other property because it’s properly inputted), then told it you may never get credit anyway, and then told it may take 10 days regardless. This review wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the phone call, honestly. All the other stuff I can overlook, but that attitude was uncalled for.

Although you pay to stay there, you must also pay your parking there. Seems like a money grab.
