"Great place to stay with lots to do!"

The pools were great. The Oasis was our favorite! The view of the marina and mountains from our balcony was really nice. There was so much to do on property and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Honestly worth every penny we spent!!

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!"

Property was beautiful and clean. There are a lot of free amenities to enjoy, including kayaking the lake, which we loved! The jacuzzi tub in the room was very relaxing and we enjoyed chillin’ on our lakeside patio and enjoying our coffee in the morning.

The only downfall was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, my husband and I both had a hard time sleeping on the lumpy mattress but we made it work!

"Resort could use improvement"

We used to love this place, but it’s a bit more run down now. It seemed like they were not ready for Memorial weekend at all. We checked in late (told them when we booked) and asked for 1st floor. We got 3rd floor, not ideal for us. The coffee place barely has breakfast options, so be prepared. The few they have are fine but they run out very quick. Marina was good except they were cleaning the boat when we arrived and we were the first ones to rent. They need to show up earlier and be prepared for guests. Kids working there were very nice. Hotel room was ok. We typically rent a condo but this was a quick trip. Queen beds were fine and the fridge was nice to have. Pool was not heated at all, So count that out. Our trip was fun, but this resort needs to get back to the quality it used to be.

"Horrible experience"

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for several reasons. Upon arrival, we found that the room was not properly cleaned, as there was hair in the sink and bathtub, and the floors appeared dirty. Furthermore, no toiletries were provided, which forced us to go shopping immediately after checking in. Regarding the amenities, the hot tubs and pools were cold, and we were disappointed to find that access to the premium pool required an additional fee. While the atmosphere was pleasant and the location was quiet, the lack of sidewalks made walking in the area feel unsafe. Additionally, we found the customer service to be lacking. We were repeatedly pressured to attend a two-hour sales presentation and encountered rude behavior when we declined the offer. Given the extra costs for basic necessities and the issues with cleanliness and service, the stay was not worth the price paid. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the guest experience.

"Good"

The view was amazing, tub was great.

Bed was uncomfortable, floors were dirty, furniture uncomfortable. The guy came to fix our ac and left dirty supplies on the kitchen counter. The serenity pool was closed, and the other ones were crowded in the hot tub area. The coffee cups were got out of the cabinets were dirty. Was too afraid to use the jets on the tub d/t the unclean conditions. We went home early.

"Exceptional"

We booked the stay last minute for the kids spring break, and it was an exceptional stay! The condo was fantastic, the oasis pool was cold in late March but still lovely in the sun. The outdoor lounge area that holds Thirstys Cocktail Bar is a fanatic place to relax after a day at the pool. The view of Table Rock Lake from our balcony every morning while drinking my coffee was the leace i needed to tackle the day. The entire place is kid friendly and we will definitely be back!

The key cards. They are not so great. If they touch your phone or anything but the slide hole on the door, they pretty much deactivate. BUT, the front office was great about telling us this upfront and resetting out keys anytime we needed with no issue!

"Lower your expectations"

Brandon at the marina is the jewel of resort! Over multiple days, I noticed his patience and courtesy to all guests. Next up, thirsty's/ ElJeffrie/coffee, all staff were fantastic and food and drinks were very good. Front desk & concierge staff need help. We arrived early, 1ish- we always book through Amex so never have issues with early check in etc. We also typically stay at higher end resorts. Only reason we chose this one, was picking up our son in NW Arkansas after 90 days and wanted a week stay to reconnect before heading home. So, upon arrival, we were told room wasn't ready but shouldn't be long. Concierge tried talking us into some 2hr tour for a $200 resort gift card, which we declined twice. We picked up the golf cart we had rented for the stay, and went to get lunch. Upon return, we were told our room wasn't ready by someone else, and when I inquired as we had been there for couple hrs already and my son desperately wanted to shower and change, we were rudely told that check in wasn't until 4, and wasn't guaranteed even then. When asked when the room would be ready, she said I have no idea. Then a young mgr came out who basically told me he didn't care, didn't know when it would be ready. I said I was going to call Amex to see if we could get another accommodation, he said okay. like he could care less. I was flabbergasted! I have never encountered such terrible service at any resort, over decades. The concierge who had spent all that time trying to talk me into the tour, walked by and I started to ask, he shrugged his shoulders and kept walking. I got Amex on the line and unfortunately there were no other 3 bed accommodations anywhere close. So we stayed, and waited until the room was ready because a different mgr came out, and he was professional. If the first person had led with look, it is 1,check in is not until 4, and honestly it may not be until at least 5, I would have still been aggravated, but I could have made decisions accordingly. We are great guest, we don't mind spending money at the resorts as we understand business, leave things clean and tidy and show respect to everyone. The condo did have a nice view, the marina activities are nice, and as I mentioned, Brandon there really salvaged the trip for us without knowing a thing. The carpet all over the condo was so gross. I wore socks immediately out of shower. The bath tub was heavily scratched all over, I wouldn't let my daughter use it.. Condo needs heavy cleaning at the very least along with the furniture. The upstairs room was very moldy smelling so we didn't use it at all. If you're used to 3star kinds of places, it's probably a great vacation spot, with lots to do minus the rudeness of front desk staff.

"Uncomfortable furniture and cold pool…."

My husband and I stayed in a condo lake view, which was beautiful. The furniture and bed were older, not comfortable. It’s noisy with leaf blowers, machines everyday. Thirsty’s was a cool atmosphere, very peaceful and walking distance from the condo but we couldn’t hear the music over the lawn equipment. It wasn’t just a day, it’s every day. The concierge lady appeared high, directed us to the wrong pavilion for a sunset paint. That activity was not instructed nor led by an artist and under aged kids were pouring wine. I do recommend a family with small children to check it out but not for couples wanting the amenities as advertised like a heated pool which wasn’t, or music at night that turned into a movie night. We checked out early due to a migraine sleeping on the overly tall pillows and hard bed and cold pool.

"Very Good"

that they had two pools

They had contracted spotting crew and they was painting with no wet paint signs and they came in our room when we was home and the room smelled like paint the stove top was wrong pieces so when you cooked the pan slid off also the air leaked into the kitchen and the kitchen sink faucet was broke too

Nice location, lots for kids to do. Loved the pools, playground, volleyball, lake and fishing close with water activities, like the food truck, bar and pizza place on site. Also loved the shuttle to SDC

While the rooms were large and comfortable, they do need some updating and maintenance. Carpets and tile need some regular deep cleaning. Some basic supplies need to be stocked. Paper towel, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods ( definitely ) laundry pods, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner..etc would be nice ( every other resort we’ve stayed at, stocks these items)
