Close to the beach, safe, free parking . Convenient to a lot of places, free breakfast.

Did not explain about the cleaning the room situation, did not come to clean the room for the 3 nights we stayed . We have to asked for new towels and toiletries.

Heavy musty smell in room “Dampness” in room Fridge shelves gritty w sand and sticky Non carpeted areas in room sticky Telephone in room inoperative (was plugged in) No outside seating benches for guests Utensils not clean/smudges Remote for tv unresponsive, having to push buttons repeatedly The rooms and overall interior/exterior of hotel looked run down. NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR THE NIGHTLY PRICES VERY DISAPPOINTING

"Best Bang for your Buck on the Island"

Close to the beach. Spacious room w/full kitchen. Quite good complimentary breakfast! Very reasonable rates for the area.

The bar directly next door, though a cool place for quick eats and drinks, could be an issue for those who go to bed early as it can get a bit loud (music!).
