Blue Mountain Springs Resort

very beautiful place; we had great time watching movies on the tv and staying the few nights; malls were close-by for shopping and eating; very quiet, private and pleasant place for you and your partner.

The place was beautiful and clean. Loved the ground floor and the beautiful mountain view. Beds were comfortable, lots of pillows and blankets. Jacuzzi bath was great. Easy keyless access.

A few more towels and toilet paper would have been good.

very dated. No upkeep. peeling paint. cobwebs. bad smell…like wet dog. chair was stained. very moldy in tub and around kitchen sink

Having a kitchen to make our own meals

The entire place needs a paint job! The jetted tub was dated and had mold in all the corners of the tub. The piece in the shower that converts the water from spout to shower head needs to be fixed/replaced. Very poor water pressure. Not enough shower towels/hand towels. We managed to get the linen closet by the kitchen open once (only to find a mess in there-linens/toilet paper just thrown in, not folded in any way). Couldn’t get it open again after that. There was no cable TV. The fireplace didn’t give off any heat. The annoying red light on the wall between the kitchen and the bathroom made it hard to sleep. Pillows were awful-comfort wise and also yellow in colour. The outside vent for the heater is all rusted and looks awful. Not enough pots/pans/cutlery.
