Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip

Nothing! They started renovating the front door and forced everyone to walk to another point to get an uber! Also I had booked and paid for my stay including a breakfast but it was awful and they made me wait to receive the food vouchers for one guest while I booked for 3!

The room had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable!

The door latch got stuck twice when I left my room. They claimed to fix it the 1st time, but obviously not! The second time, I was coming back to my room at 3:30 am. and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come to help me get in!

La cama era cómoda y estaba todo bastante limpio

Check in bastante lento y largo, tuvimos un problema con el WC que no funcionaba (no tragaba el agua, bastante mal para ser un Hilton, no cumple con los estandaras Hilton, lo comunicamos y pedimos que nos lo arreglaran pero queriamos estar nosotros en la hbitación, estuvimos esperando más de una hora y retrasamos las visitas que teníamos previstas, finalmente tuvieron que hacerlo cuando no estabamos. Mala gestión. El parking está bastante mal comunicado haciendote desplazar andando desde el hotel hasta el parking anexo, hay gente que duerme dentro del parking en su propio coche, un poco siniestro si vuelves de noche. Por las noches cierran la entrada de acceso que abren por el día y el primer día no sabiamos como encontrarlo, indicaciones muy poco claras de la persona que nos recibió en el chek in.

Pool area was comfortable and good for families and children. Room size was comfortable. Access to carpark. Late check in.

Invited to pay for breakfast only to discover on check in there was no facility for breakfast at the hotel. It was a voucher to spend in the small supermarket on site. Voucher was not given on check in, we only received voucher on check out and to the value of 75% of the money I paid. We lost $50 of our $200 and were then left to spend $150 in a small hotel supermarket on check out day instead of breakfast in a hotel restaurant as was suggested by the option on booking.com. There was significant structural / building work going on at the hotel which began at 9am with two very loud drills in the room directly overhead. we were only told this when we checked in at 1am and were told we should have been informed on booking there was no notification on booking but rather an email 'after' we booked via booking.com. Hotel staff were flippant and dismissive of the impact this had on our stay and ability to sleep.
