Though the resort is showing its age, my wife and I enjoyed a pleasant stay. The staff was wonderful, truly welcoming and helpful. We appreciated the staffs numerous dining recommendations for nearby restaurants, the local dining scene is wonderful yet not pretentious.

"It is a nice area but needs a better snack bar with real food and real drinks."

It was right on the beach!

Construction going on in pool area with orange fencing around certain areas. This was not specified ahead when I booked. Also, the hot tub was down the whole time (4 days) during our stay.

"We should have been made aware of unit location and construction going on!"

The location is why I booked this unit. However, there are 2 units, and we were in the furthest unit from the beach which had much less of an ocean view. This was not made clear when I reserved the unit.

There was a visible dumpster directly below our balcony and loud, noisy construction going on at this unit as well as another business right beside our unit to the north. It was extremely noisy and you couldn’t be outside without hearing jack hammering and sawing. We booked 3 nights and left early so we only stayed 2 nights.
