Nothing major but the elevator is too small.

Wake up call didn't come in.

We really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was updated and very clean. I would definitely stay there again

I liked it all

Just a 3 night stay as we toured the local area and visited the local tulip fields on a mid-week get-away. The hotel was fine, room was good and modern with a handy kitchen area that was well equipped with utensils, plates, microwave & fridge etc. We were on the third floor, the only issue was noise through the ceiling, if someone was walking around in the room above you can hear every footstep and them dragging furniture around etc. Our room overlooked the car park and mountain behind. We used their carpark which had a fee to pay on checkout. It maybe possible to park somewhere else but the front area by the lake had no overnight parking signs everywhere. A great location, plenty of restaurants closeby, try the fish and chip shop at the intersection opposite, good quality cod at a fair price.

The room was clean and spacious. Just across from the beach so great views of the lake. Pool and hot tub area too.

Love the location, view was amazing, the room was spacious and the beds were comfy.

I didnt like the fact that there was no room service for cleaning. No fresh towels, had to ask for clean towels and the dirty towels just stayed in our room untilcheck out. Garbage wasn't taken out and toilet paper was replenished and had to ask for more.

Great location and we booked a room with an incredible view.

The front desk lady on arrival was scary lol a little condescending, but all other staff were great!

Room 211 We were greeted with a beautiful smile from Alfoncia. She was awesome and very polite and a delight to talk too. She suggested a marvelous bakery in Agassiz that did not disappoint. We opted for a fee to check in early. And chose paid parking. Parking on the street which is free. But it is public parking. Our room has a balcony with a very good view. Would be perfect in warmer weather. We were here in April for Tulip Festival and it's touch and go on weather this time of year. Come prepared for all 4 seasons. Our room has been recently remodeled and you can tell. Everything was perfect. From the small kitchenette to the bathroom. Bed and linens are clean and soft. Bathroom very well supplied. Fluffy thick towels. Room gets dark enough quiet but can hear neighbor noise until quiet time. Hotel is a close walk to almost everything you could need. One thing, in my opinion, that would make this room perfect would be a ceiling fan. We made an awesome choice by staying here.
