Waikiki Marina Resort at the Ilikai

Wonderful experience

Easy to walk around the area and felt safe.

Easy walk to Ala Moana mall/beach one way and also easy walk to Waikiki the other way.

Well located hotel; close to transportation, shopping, and restaurants. Lots of amenities in the hotel.

Very close to the beach, many amenities and activities to do around the facility as well. The fireworks on fridays after the hula (free show at the resort) is a must!

It was nice to be back at Ilikia.

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The rooms were pretty good, could use some updates in cookware and furniture though. Good for a quick trip with kids. No designated breakfast or gym though.

Convenient close to all valet sevice was great but need more room to accommodate all the cars coming and going

Our stay in the city view was wonderful. The room itself was clean, well stocked, cozy and had that charming Hawaiian feel! The bed was very comfortable for my mom and I. The seating area was such a nice feature for our week stay along with the kitchen that had everything you needed. Also, so appreciative of the tasty coffee we had everyday brewed in the coffee pot. The location itself was within walking distance of everything. The only setback was that there was not any hot water in our shower. But we didn’t say anything or didn’t mind. I’m sure they would have helped to correct it. The staff at reception was beyond kind and accommodating. Thank you Carissa for making this a wonderful birthday celebration for Mom. I would definitely recommend staying here!

No late checkouts available and checkout being 10AM is crazy early for a “resort”. They will hold luggage tho if needed. Valet took quite a while to retrieve vehicle. Dining options/bar decent. Staff is exceptional. Rooms could use some cosmetic touches. Paint/caulk, carpet. Very clean tho
